This vacation rental is located right in the middle of some of the prettiest country Paso Robles has to offer. Along with this beautiful, one bedroom, two bath house, you get seven acres of land. Imagine after a relaxing evening, waking up to the most spectacular panoramic view of gorgeous grape growing hills. Windows everywhere!

The master suite, which looks out to the rolling hills, has a king bed and separate bath with a spa/jetted/bubbler tub.

The living room has been furnished with two futons with coil spring mattresses, one queen-size and one full-size, making it possible to sleep six. Not to mention they are located in front of a rock wall with a Vermont Castings wood burning stove. This spacious home features large 36-inch wide doorways throughout and one of the bathrooms has a barrier free shower.

Exceptional experience

Absolutely adored this beautiful country house! We stayed here for two nights with our little dogs and had a lovely time. The views are incredible and it is so peaceful and quiet too. Truly a place for rest and relaxation, every morning we sat out on the patio with views of the grape fields and drank coffee and felt the frantic pace of the city melt away. The house is immaculate and the owner was incredibly thoughtful. We had a beautiful fruit bowl waiting for us along with heavy cream for our coffee from a local farm. The owner also had chilled waters for us in the refrigerator. Everything that you need is here. There are plenty of utensils, china, cooking items, towels, etc. We would not have changed one thing about this experience. This is a well loved house built with exceptional attention to detail, you will feel like you are in an adobe house on a ranch. The owner is so gracious. Wonderful experience!

Creston Road House Rates

$350.00 per night for 2 guests

$25.00 per night for each additional guest, child or adult

*Until reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Taxes

The tax rate is 12% and is charged on rent and extras: 9% bed tax, 1% TMD and 2% BID = 12% for county and local taxes.

Cleaning Fee’s

$125 non-refundable cleaning fee

Booking Policies

Two-night minimum rental

Stay 6 nights and the 7th night is free if booked directly with through us.

Pet Policy

$25.00 per pet (dog preferred) for the length of the stay

Our homes are pet friendly. Pets shall not be left unattended in our outside of our rental units. Pet kennels and pet sitters are located in town for your convenience.

Payment in full for rental, cleaning charges and bed tax is required 30 days before arrival date. If booking is within 30 days of arrival, then payment in full is due at booking.

You will be required to provide a credit card for any additional charges that may arise (damage, additional unreported guests or excessive cleaning charges).

Children

An adult must supervise children at all times.  Children under the age of 18 are never to be left alone in or on the property at anytime.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

$25.00 cancellation fee and refund of the balance of deposit made if a 30-day notice prior to check in.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival MAY also be subject to fees equal to amount of first night’s rental and taxes, if unit cannot be re-rented.

No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after the home is occupied.
