Booking Policies
Three Day Minimum.
Payment in full for rental, cleaning charges and bed tax is required 30 days before arrival date.
If booking is within 30 days of arrival, then payment in full is due at booking.
You will be required to provide a credit card for any additional charges that may arise (damage,additional unreported guests or excessive cleaning charges).
The cleaning charge is determined by property and # of bedrooms used and is charged as an extra, payable along with rent balance due as noted above.
The tax rate is 9% and is charged on rent and extras.
No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after the home is occupied.

Cancellation Policies
Cancellation fee is $25. Refunds of the balance of deposit will be made with at least a 30 DAY NOTICE PRIOR to check in. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival MAY also be subject to fees equal to amount of first night’s rental and taxes, if unit cannot be re-rented.
Pets: On pet friendly homes, there is an additional $25 cleaning fee. Pets shall not be left unattended in rental units. Pet kennels and pet sitters are located in town for your convenience.
